Time to order !

 

After placing your order, you'll receive an automated order confirmation from STUDIO TENUE. On weekdays, we sent out all orders that are placed before 15h00 the same day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All orders from the weekend are sent out on Monday. 

 

We work with Bpost for the delivery of our packages. As soon as Bpost receives your packaged order from us, you'll also receive a confirmation from them via e-mail, together with a track & trace code that you can use to follow your order.

We strive to make you feel good, so what happens when you are not completely satisfied with your order?

No panic! You can always return your order. We just ask to keep in mind the different options and conditions below.

  1. Announce your return by sending an email to dina@studiotenue.com

  2. You have to return your package within 10 workdays after you received it.

  3. The items have to be unworn and undamaged, with the original labels still attached.

  4. Shoes have to be returned in the undamaged box

  5. For hygiene reasons, beauty products, beachwear, underwear and jewellery are non-returnable. You sure wouldn't want to receive jewellery or underwear someone else secretly already wore, right?!

  6. Items with traces of use will not be accepted. If you find traces of use on your received items, you should let us know as quick as possible via dina@studiotenue.com

  7. Sale items can not be returned or refunded. 

 

Return via postal service

Make sure the items are packaged properly, because you are responsible for the items until we receive them back. Go to your postal office of choice and send your package to the following address:

Only in case of an incorrect order, STUDIO TENUE will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will be paid within 10 workdays after receiving your package. In case that didn't happen, we'd like you to contact our customer service via dina@studiotenue.com
